Within the context of educational technology, creation is utilizing a multitude and variety of design approaches and ideologies to construct effective and appropriate instructional content, environments and systems that meets the diverse needs of the students they are designer for. Over time "creation" has evolved with the changing of technologies. Currently in educational technology there is a shift towards the learner being more in control of the pace and type of instruction.

While creation is important in educational technology, using what is created is just as, if not more important. Using educational technology means putting that technology into the hands of the learners. Making it an effective and integral part of learning which encompasses the actual utilization of the technological materials, diverse teaching approaches which are identified through an analysis of learning goals, learner needs, available resources and setting.

Management is constructing and reducing the tasks in a project while planning a schedule, suggesting learning resources, and method of project presentation. This process provides motivation, support, and leadership to give effective service, as the program becomes successful and changes occur from evaluations.

Education technology impacts learners and educators in many ways. All users has the ability to access it publically or privately. Educators (workers) and students (learners) are expected to use it professionally. Educational technology ensures change when used positively.

Jan - Processes are the individual steps and procedures that are completed in order to attain a specific goal or result. When determining processes, it is important to have clear goals and objectives. Once the goals/objectives are determined, the technology that is utilized to meet those goals encompasses the processes. “Process is denoted here as a series of actions, procedures, or functions leading to either a result or another process.” (Januszewski, & Molenda, 2008)

Brigit-Processes usually yield products or another process that are naturally occurring, and need to be capable of responding to the emerging technology. These steps can be tangible or intangible which help promote students learning.

Ahmetrie's response - Processes are the steps of a task to reach completion. The following are processes of educational technology:

• Designing a presentation/project

• Steps of setting up a lesson plan

The processes continue to change and update. Some are time consuming and others are not. I prefer the ones that are less time consuming. Either way the goal is to reach completion.

Jan - According to Januszewski & Molenda (2008, p. 213), educational technology resources encompass the tools, materials, devices, settings and people that learners must interact with in order to reach the goals and objectives and facilitate learning.
